Can I change the articles?

Any product purchased can be replaced within 14 days from the date we delivered it to you. The replacement methods are as follows:

Contact Customer Service (info@ilgergo.it, Tel. 0733865149 e-commerce department) and communicate which item you would like to receive in replacement of the one you purchased. If the requested replacement item is available, Customer Service will reserve it for you.

Insert the product you want to replace in the same box with which the purchased product was sent to you;
Notify Customer Service of package preparation Our Customer Service will inform the courier of the collection.
We remind you that the replacement you requested can only be carried out if the product you request as a replacement is available in our warehouses and only if the product you return to us is intact, including any accessories, labels
and inserted in the its original packaging.

Il Gergo reserves the right to refuse replacement requests communicated after the deadline of 14 days indicated above or relating to products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the customer; in this case, it will not be possible to request any refund of the amount paid for the product initially purchased.

Do I have to pay for the exchange of a product?

EU COUNTRIES
The shipping costs for the first change (both for sending and for receiving the product) are borne by Il Gergo.
In the case of further changes, the shipping costs (receiving and sending goods) are charged to the customer.
 
EXTRA-EU COUNTRIES
All shipping costs are charged to the customer.
