How long does it take for the order to arrive?

The goods will depart from our warehouses in Italy. Delivery times depend on the type of shipment chosen:

Standard shipping (free in Italy)
Italy 1 - 3 working days (2 to 4 working days for Sardinia, Sicily and Islands)

Express shipping (to be paid by the customer)
Italy 1 - 2 working days (2 - 3 working days for Sardinia, Sicily and Islands

Orders placed during Black Friday week may experience delivery delays.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the chosen address (home, office, etc. - never PO box).

Can the country of delivery be different from the one of purchase?

The country of delivery must always coincide with the one of purchase.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the type of shipment. For Italy it takes 1 - 2 working days (2 to 4 working days for Sardinia, Sicily and the Islands) and 5 - 7 days for European destinations.

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen the home delivery method, we will send you an e-mail message to confirm the shipment (once the order has been released from the warehouse) and another message with the order tracking code (with link to the courier's website) and finally the courier will contact you with a text message or e-mail to inform you of the delivery of the order.

Are there customs duties?

It depends. The payment of any customs duties varies according to the country and customs duties are paid by the buyer.
